Return & Refund Policy
Returns, damaged parcels and refunds on Amino Max research orders.
Unopened items
Unopened, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return postage.
Sealed vials
For contamination-control reasons, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned.
Damaged in transit
Report damage within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace or refund the affected items.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 working days.
