Yes. Each active lot has a downloadable report tied to its lot number, dated and issued by the testing laboratory.
How should vials be stored?+
Lyophilised vials keep at −20 °C, desiccated and shielded from light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8 °C and use within 28 days.
Can I return an order?+
Unopened, undamaged vials can be returned within 14 days. For safety reasons opened vials cannot be accepted.
