Cold-packed, discreet outer packaging, tracked courier with same-day cut-off at 2pm.
Storage in your lab
- Lyophilised
- −20 °C, desiccated and shielded from light. Stable for 24 months unopened.
- Reconstituted
- 2–8 °C with bacteriostatic water. Use within 28 days; avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
- Transit
- Cold packs hold temperature for 48 hours; refrigerate on arrival.
